Like most of the 2015 taylormade range we are back in white which does have the advantage of the white crown contrasting with the black face at address to help alignment. In keeping with the aeroburner driver i reviewed taylormade has given the aeroburner fairway the aerodynamic and cosmetic treatment to create faster looks and performance. While the aeroburner is not adjustable taylormade did leverage the speed pocket and thru slot technology to create a sweet spot that it claims is twice as large as other taylormade fairway woods.

But the distance comes via a flight that is high enough to offer an element of stopping power into greens. These features are more tour inspired and tend to be liked by the better players. Not only is the crown white but the center of it is raised. The grip is not overly tacky but so far i have seen no reason to replace it.
